Shipping Policy
We ship all over India and shipping will be free of cost but return and replacements will be charged as per actuals. Orders placed Monday through Saturday IST will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within two business days of order placement if the product(s) is(are) in inventory in our warehouse. If you want to inquire about the delivery time of a product, do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order. We don't charge extra for Shipping in case of fresh order. Our product delivery timeline is 8-14 days maximum, If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at the Email id given on the Home page.
Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
1. in case there is an order cancellation. Please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can’t be cancelled using our website.
Return Policy
1. Return/Exchange is available for non-discounted selected products only. The return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
2. In case we do not have a pick-up service available at your location. You would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.
Refund policy
1. We accept the refund request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damaged in a combo order.
2. Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed in the next 5-7 working days with the same transaction mode.
NOTE FOR RETURN
• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
• Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer to product page) the product would not be accepted
